Mr. Lee Kannyon was born in Japan, and grew up ,because of the colony policy by "South Korea annexation" of Japan in 1927.
He is the South Korean Atomic Bomb Victims bombed in Nagasaki, who is requisitioned based on the national requisition order in 1943.

| About the lawsuit of Mr.Lee Kannyon Mr. Lee Knannyon was hospitalized in the hospital in Nagasaki for three months from July, 1994, the treatment of the trouble was received after the atomic bomb, and receiving the health care allowance to Mr. Lee. However, He rejects it though the examination claim by which disposal was assumed to be an objection to Nagasaki Pref. was done because the Nagasaki City broke off the allowance by the homecoming. He was rejected after being made he wait for even one and a half years in April, 1999 though the claim of the re-examination was done to the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Mr. Lee brought a case the country and the Nagasaki City to the other party on May 31, 1999 and the trial to request compensation for damages of 1,000,000 yen to the country which had made the disposal cancellation, compensation for damages of 2,000,000 yen, and the objection examination which had to do promptly shopworn was brought a case to the Nagasaki district court. |
